About the Council2007-2008 Meetings: September 24-25, 2007, Inn on the Lake, Canandaigua, NY. November 28-29, 2007, The Saratoga Hotel and Conference Center, Saratoga Springs, NY. February 28-29, 2007, The Doubletree, Syracuse, NY. The Council of Chief Student Affairs Officers (CCSAO) of the State University of New York (SUNY) is an organization composed of the highest-ranking student affairs official of each State College, Technical College, and University. The organization meets quarterly to review current issues, policies and procedures related to the management and administration of student affairs programs and services in SUNY. Membership in the Council and involvement in its meetings provide opportunities for professional development, and serve as a catalyst for continuous quality improvement of student affairs programs and services in SUNY.
